Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
   All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of the booking being made. If payment is not received within this time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Sessions are subject to availability. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Health & Safety
   Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session. Certain conditions may require a doctor’s approval before treatment.

4. Packages & Gift Vouchers
   All massage packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period. Sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Personal Belongings
   We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please keep valuables safe during your visit.

6. Liability
   Massage therapy is intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Therapists are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, injuries, or medical complications.

7. Conduct
   Clients must behave respectfully at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

8. Privacy
   All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and service-related purposes.
